Where to begin!! Alfredo, Jorge and Jamie were AMAZING!!! They were professional and courteous and they never stopped working!! They are so strong I still marvel at the ease they handled everything. At the original site they wrapped everything and treated my belongings like precious cargo. I knew nothing would be broken or damaged and after unpacking all the boxes I was right everything is absolutely perfect!! I cannot say enough good things about this crew!! I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs anything moved. I can’t leave out Paula who was a joy to work with! We had a huge change of plans with our move and she handled it beautifully!! Antonio and Sam are so awesome. They are very professional, have the patience of a saint, very polite and so careful with my belongings. Absolutely first rate. Dave A. was a gem, as were my entire moving crew. Sadly, I was too frazzled on moving day to remember my crew manager’s name, but please look it up and give that man a raise. He was a superstar!!! You are lucky to have him. Thank you for making such a fraught and stressful experience so seamless and easy.

Greatly appreciate the professional knowledge and approach from Dave A.—-so helpful. Josh, Sam and David were a very hard-working, efficient and conscientious team. Josh demonstrates excellent leadership skills and communication, and shares helpful information regarding packing and moving. The team did outstanding job. Alfredo, Samuel, Jaime were pros! They did a good job backing up the truck to the 3 different driveways and being extra careful to not hit anything. They were great at protecting items with blankets and tape to ensure there was no damage. They carefully moved items through doorways (slowed down to guide it through tight areas). They also advised on the best way to stack items to maximize space at the storage facility instead of blindly listening to me (ha!). Also a shout out to Pete for calling immediately when I submitted a request for a move estimate an hour prior. He was spot on and wad able to find to meet my sudden need for moving. Hansen Bros. exceeded my expectations. I would rank them up with some of my most favorite local businesses (Nordstroms and Les Schwab of moving!) I will be a repeat customer. Excellent work!
