Hansen Bros. Moving & Storage has always been there when my family members have moved - last week, again, they out did themselves. I have to say that Hansen Bros exceed my expectations. I had 23 years of stuff including a lot of artwork that I thought I could pack before moving day, but I way under estimated the task. The Hansen Bros. team came in and picked up where I left off and worked their butts off! I cannot thank you enough.

Andres, Jonathan and Eddie were super efficient and careful with our belongings. They had a lot of stairs to deal with and they did it very carefully and professionally!

The only comment I have, and it's minor, is that despite permits being pulled and 'no parking' signs put up near my residence, one of my inconsiderate neighbors decided to park there anyway. I would have liked it if the guys would have called had that car towed, rather than just blocking the whole street. That said, I know the team did the best they could and one could certainly argue that it's not their job to have cars towed, but all that extra prep was wasted and that was a bummer. Those guys worked real hard and my partner (who was onsite) said they were nice, professional, and pretty efficient.

Having had a very poor experience with another moving company last year, my wife and I were anxious to hire another one so soon, but with a move planned to Scotland, we had to find a company to help. From start to finish, all representatives of Hansen Bros. were very friendly, professional and extremely helpful. They listened to our concerns about the move and addressed everything efficiently and the whole move went exactly as planned, and the costs were all in line with what we were told to expect. The crew doing the heavy lifting, literally, were great; polite, respectful and very communicative, and we would certainly recommend the company to anyone in and around the Seattle and Puget Sound, for local and even international moves. 100% satisfied.
