We had Hansen Bros. move our belongings into their storage facilities and back out. They did a great job, the service was very good, and everything went very well. Very professional and no surprises — great job.

Very happy with our Hansen Bros experience overall. We used them to move our furniture out, store it during a renovation, and bring it back at the end. The office folks and the moving crews were all very helpful and professional. Would definitely use them again!

This move was coordinated from Reno, NV. Nicole and John did an excellent job coordinating the specifics, and explaining the contract and fees. I have nothing but praise for your company, from the movers to the people doing the coordinating.

Paula, the salesperson, was fantastic to work with - kind, thorough, professional and helpful. The moving team of Josh, Alfredo and Dre were amazing. So easy to communicate with, and they handled our special situation of moving two people into two different rooms at a care facility with exceptional attention to detail and kindness. They knew it was a stressful day for our family, and each of them made it better through their patience and professionalism.

Pete (salesman) was very professional and helpful, just as he was with our prior move. The moving team (Tony, George, and Sam) were a great, upbeat, and efficient group of guys. And we really appreciate how careful they were with all our antique furniture!

Hansen Bros. recently (in the last year) moved my Mom's china cabinet up from Portland with no damage. The issue is the cabinet is so old that if the curved glass were to break, we'd have an extremely hard time finding someone to fabricate the replacement glass & it may take making a custom mandrel and that's the reason we didn't try to move it ourselves. The wrapping of the cabinet for travel was expertly done. A few weeks ago, Hansen Bros. did another move & storage for us. We would definitely recommend Hansen Bros. to everyone! Professional, timely, expert movers!

Everything went perfectly. The crew were really helpful and considerate. All my things were moved carefully and the whole experience saved me a bunch of time. I had energy to start putting my place together instead of needing to recover from moving!

Today was packing day. Tony, Jonathan, and Charles arrived on time, carefully parked their truck, introduced themselves, and got to work. They worked hard, were careful, friendly, and cheerful. It was a thoroughly professional operation. Tony took the lead on the paperwork and did an outstanding job walking me through it.

A professional, well-coordinated team, from initial phone contact to estimator and the movers made the move the least stressful I have ever had - highly recommended!

I would give 10 stars if I could - these guys were GREAT. I move a lot and they are the best team that I have worked with. From the pre-move planning and communications to the day-of move: where my movers were fast, wicked efficient and friendly! And their prices are super reasonable! I highly, HIGHLY recommend Hansen Bros. Moving & Storage - thanks again guys, I will be back!!!!!
